For 6 people:

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • 250 ml liquid fresh cream

Whisk together the egg yolks, 5 tablespoons sugar and vanilla bean seeds. Whip the liquid cream into the whipped cream, then incorporate it into the preparation. Beat 2 egg whites to peaks with 1 tablespoon sugar. Mix with the previous preparation, then pour everything into a container. Store in freezer overnight.

Strawberry or red fruit ice cream

For 6 people:

  • 500 g strawberries (or berries)

  • 250 ml heavy cream

Wash and clean the strawberries, then cut them in half. Squeeze out the lemon juice. Place the strawberries, icing sugar, fresh cream and lemon juice in a blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes to make the mixture homogeneous. Pour the mixture into flexible moulds. Place them in the freezer for 8 hours to chill. After 1 hour in the freezer, stir the ice cream with a fork to prevent crystals from forming. Repeat this operation several times (about 6 times). Serve ice cream garnished with strawberries and a few mint leaves.

  • 100 g confectionery chocolate
