Chorba lamb recipe

For 4 people
50 minutes to prepare

250 g lamb fillet
200 g chickpeas
100 g spaghetti Combino (vermicelli)
2 yellow onions
2 carrots
2 celery
3 garlic cloves
1 green chili
1 can of tomato puree
1 S. v. Kanya ground turmeric
1 S. v. paprika kanya
2 tbsp in. Kanya cumin
1 S. v. ground ginger
1 bouquet garni
Olive oil
fine salt
Kanya black pepper

Coarsely chop the lamb. Clean and wash the vegetables, then cut them into cubes.

Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

Cut the pepper, taking care to remove the seeds.

Pour a drop of olive oil into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add garlic and onion.

Add the rest of the vegetables and lamb. Cook for a few minutes until the meat is caramelized and the vegetables are browned.

Pour in the tomato puree and 1.5 liters of water and bring everything to a boil.

Chop a few sprigs of cilantro and parsley. Add the herbs to the mixture, reserving a little for the last dressing.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes at a low boil until the dish is ready.

When vegetables are crispy, add chickpeas plums, vermicelli and spices. Let it boil for another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle fresh herbs on top and serve hot.
