1 kg deer shoulder
500 g pork belly
Boil in a decoction of carrots, leeks, onions, bay leaves, cloves, juniper berries for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Chop well, mix with fresh parsley, add 10 ml of white wine, 2 eggs to this filling.
We spread on the dough for noodles, roll well and cut into pieces.
Fry on each side.
Serve with a green salad and/or raw vegetables.
