Gastronomy: Gourmet salad with baked goat cheese – Weather extract à la carte streaming

Meeting with two brothers, farm, goat farm and good local produce!
On our plates: green salad, warm goat cheese toast, candied stomachs and Espelette peppers!

Ingredients:

– Stomachs

– Bacon

– Goat cheese

– lettuce leaf

– walnut kernels

– Espelette pepper

– shallot

– Garlic

– A piece of bread

– Olive oil

– White balsamic vinegar

– Flower honey

Recipe of dish :

1. For dressing. Chop the shallot and mix it with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.

2. Fry the bacon pieces and gizzards separately.

3. For crackers. Put them in the toaster. Then rub them with garlic.

4. Place a slice of goat cheese on each toast. Add a spoonful of flower honey and put in the oven for 2 minutes at 210 degrees.

Combine lettuce leaves, bacon bits, gizzards and walnut kernels with croutons. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper.
