Green salad with parmesan petals

Ingredients for 4 persons)

– 1/2 cucumber

– 1 zucchini

– 1/2 green pepper

– 2 handfuls of green salad

– 1 s. Apple vinegar

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 s. rapeseed oil

– 80 g parmesan in petals (or cut with a vegetable peeler)

– 6-8 mint leaves

– Salt and pepper


– Wash vegetables and dry thoroughly.

– Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Rinse, then chop the mint.

– Cut the zucchini into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. Cut half a green pepper into very thin strips.

– Pour salt, pepper, vinegar, oil into a salad bowl. Mixing.

– Add lettuce, cucumber slices, zucchini strips, pepper strips, chopped mint and Parmesan petals. Mix well before serving chilled.
