Quick carrot soup recipe
- 3 carrots
- 2 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 C. coffee curry
- 1 glass of water
Peel the carrots, then cut them into slices. Then boil them in a pot of hot water.
Once the carrots are soft, mix them with water.
Add the coconut milk and curry, then stir again to make the velouté even. Try hot velouté!
