- 4 buckwheat pancakes
- 200 g smoked salmon (or trout)
- 100 g carrots
- 12 candied tomatoes
- 150 g zucchini
- 200 ml fresh cream
- 10 ml + 10 ml lemon juice
- 4 cl olive oil
- 6 stalks of green onions
- 1 green salad (lettuce or batavia)
- Ground pepper
- salt flower
- 100 g arugula or spinach
Decoration for Doo
Wash vegetables. Drain the salad.
Grate carrots. Cut zucchini into thin strips.
Marinate the julienne for at least 1 hour in olive oil with 1 ml of lemon juice; season.
Cut candied tomatoes into strips.

Whip cream. At the end of the work, add lemon juice, chopped green onions and seasoning.
Process
Cover the whole pancake with garlic cream.
At the bottom of your pancake, 10 cm from the edge, put 3 lettuce leaves and salmon pieces (50 g) on top.
Mix grated carrots and strips of tomatoes with zucchini; put them on the salmon.
Add some lettuce, but this time cut into thin chiffonade.
Cover the bottom of the pancake with the filling. Tighten, fold each side about 3 cm.
Roll up, keeping tight to the top.

- 4 hearty wheat pancakes
- 1 large avocado
- 200 g chicken breasts
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 50 g green pepper
- 50 g red pepper
- 10 ml + 10 ml lemon juice
- 1 green salad (lettuce or batavia)
- 2 g Mexican spices
- Tabasco
- Ground pepper
- salt flower
- 4 cl olive oil
Decoration for Gwenn
Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. Marinate for 1 hour in oil with 1 ml of lemon juice, spices, 2 drops of Tabasco, 4 ml of water, salt and pepper.
Wash vegetables. Drain the salad.
Pepper cut into thin strips.
Puree the avocado, 1 ml lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into strips. Remove the pulp. Cook the chicken in a skillet. Cold.
Process
Coat the entire pancake with guacamole (avocado puree).
At the bottom of the pancake, 10 cm from the edge, put 2 lettuce leaves, chicken pieces (50 g), peppers and tomatoes on top.
Add some lettuce, but this time cut into thin chiffonade.
Cover the bottom of the pancake with the filling. Tighten, fold each side about 3 centimeters.
Roll up, keeping tight to the top.
Cut in half.
Advice
The wrapper is made from the crepe of the day, slightly thicker to hold the roll in place. Imagine it with different colors and scents. Enjoy!
